CLOGAU JEWELLERS

A strategic brand review project with Clogau’s senior management team – as well as their customers who were kept at the heart of the process – we identified the key brand story elements that would bring a new clarity to both the brand identity and the customer retail journey.

Along with a new store concept, the store navigation and VM was completely redesigned, enabling the customer to explore the full extent and depth of the Clogau collections, and aligning the experience with Clogau’s on-line presence. The new and clearer focus to all Clogau’s product categories also gave standout to their Bridal offer, a category they wanted to grow.

The brand development process has been incredibly insightful. The resulting new concept provides a cohesive customer journey in a compelling and aspirational space. It’s been a real step-change for the business.
