UK home and garden retail experts Homebase commissioned an interdisciplinary team to help with the design development of their stores. Together we explored the opportunities to strengthen their physical brand presence, embed their new identity and brand vision, and identified ways to blend the physical and digital journey for their customers.
Having armed them with a new set of brand architecture and wayfinding principles, Homebase has been able to confidently implement an iterative store development programme that has seen key category sales positively impacted by +20%.
